We collect only the information necessary to provide our coaching practice service:

  • Voice Data: Temporary audio recordings of your practice sessions to facilitate real-time conversation and generate transcripts.
  • Text Data: Transcripts of your sessions, coaching notes, and client profiles you create.
  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed via Firebase).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for:

  • Providing the interactive AI coaching experience.
  • Generating feedback and performance insights for your improved learning.
  • Managing your account and subscription.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We adhere to strict data minimization. We share data only with the following trusted third-party providers essential for the App's functionality:

  • Google Firebase: For secure authentication, database storage (Firestore), and hosting.
  • Google Gemini (via GENKIT): For generating AI client personas, conversation logic, and feedback.
  • ElevenLabs: For generating realistic AI voices and processing your voice input.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can delete individual clients directly within the app, which removes them from our database. Backup records may be retained for up to 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
