1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jeff Lindbom Wellness, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Sheridan, WY 82801. By accessing or using the CoachPractice application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CoachPractice is an AI-powered tool designed to help health and life coaches practice their skills through simulated sessions with AI personas.

Important Disclaimers:

  • This Service is for educational and practice purposes only.
  • It is not a substitute for professional coaching certification or accredited training.
  • The "clients" you interact with are Artificial Intelligence (AI) personas, not real humans.
  • AI Inaccuracy: Feedback, grading, and conversation responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or hallucinated. Always use your professional judgment.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to generate prohibited content (hate speech, explicit material, etc.).
  • Input sensitive personal data (PII) of real people into the system.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its "look and feel," code, and AI prompts, is the proprietary property of Jeff Lindbom Wellness, LLC.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the session transcripts and notes you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating feedback + using it to help you).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeff Lindbom Wellness, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
